New Sales Managers Named for Fusion Splicer & HDTV Cable Product Lines



PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., May 7, 2008 -- Furukawa America has promoted Steve Harris to National Sales Manager for Fusion Splicers in the U.S. and Canada, and Jon Baker to International Sales Manager for Fusion Splicers and HDTV Cable in the Latin and Caribbean regions.

Steve and Jon previously served as regional sales managers for Furukawa America and together have more than 32 years experience in the sales and marketing of fusion splicers, fiber optic cable, optical components, test equipment, connectors and related accessories.
